Assessment

We perform an exhaustive 30+ point digital health assessment to help you understand where you’re doing well and where you need to improve. We look both at the major digital platforms, such as your website and social media channels, as well as dive deep into areas like mobile connectivity, photography destinations, and experiential digital.

Recommendation

Based on what we learn during our assessment, we provide bespoke recommendations for how to improve your destination’s digital readiness. These initiatives are broken out into three buckets: easy fixes with high leverage, medium-term goals that can be accomplished within a year, and strategic initiatives that will pay long-term dividends. Our advice is unbiased – we don’t have anything else to upsell you on.

Guidance

Following our initial consulting engagement, we are available for periodic or ongoing check-ins to review progress and provide feedback. We’re able to recommend and help select best-in-class providers, and to participate in the scoping process for RFPs or other planning initiatives.
